I booked Toni after searching online and seeing someone else’s photos.
We were due our miracle baby, lots of failed ivf attempts, then I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020, and then pregnant with our little miracle ivf baby a few years after my treatment had finished. I knew this would probably be our only baby, so I wanted to have a maternity shoot and a newborn shoot done. The maternity shoot would be something very out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to document my body and my pregnancy and have the photos to keep to show how far my body has come. I was extremely nervous, as I’m not a natural in front of the camera. Toni made me feel so beautiful and relaxed and knew exactly how to pose me to bring the best out of my shape and bump and to make me feel comfortable. She knew what works well in front of the camera and I explained a few photos I specifically wanted….one that was a little baring all, but I wanted to have my surgery scar on show aswell as my bump, as it’s all part of our journey. She captured it just how I imagined! So perfectly! The photo shows power, but also vulnerability. The other maternity photos I had were just stunning! Something I never thought I would do, but so glad I did it!! Working with Toni brought out the confidence in me that had been knocked over the years, she showed me my body is beautiful despite the changes it’s had and the trauma that it’s endeared over the years.
Our newborn shoot was also amazing! The poses she had for our baby girl were so cute, and the photos make me cry every time I look at them! I’m so very happy we have all these beautiful photos to look back on and to show off. You only get one chance of a baby being that small, and we have these absolutely beautiful pictures to now keep forever, and I will be immensely grateful for Toni for capturing such stunning photos.
